Anti Ragging Committee

The committee is tasked with the responsibility of furthering the ideals of the AICTE Regulations and other laws framed by the Government of India and the Government of Andhra Pradesh to eliminate the menace of ragging.

To prevent, prohibit, and redress all forms and instances of ragging in the institution.
To educate students on the meaning of ragging and the activities that constitute ragging.
To create awareness among students regarding the ill-effects of ragging and the legal consequences of indulging in such activities.
To conduct awareness programmes on the menace of ragging, its impact, consequences, and available redressal mechanisms.
To enquire into reported cases of ragging and take appropriate action against students found guilty of ragging.
To assist the Principal and other authorities of Government Polytechnic, Pillaripattu, in reporting and addressing ragging cases with the concerned authorities whenever required.
